We take care of duties & taxes for shipments all over Thailand. Any country outside of Thailand you will be asked to pay duties and taxes upon delivery.

If you're located in the United States, here's what you need to know about shipping and import fees:

Orders under $800 USD:
You’re in the clear! Under current U.S. customs regulations, shipments valued under $800 USD per day are exempt from import duties and tariffs, even with recent trade policy updates.

New U.S. Tariffs (Effective April 9, 2025):
While the U.S. has introduced a 36% tariff on Thai imports, this applies only to shipments over $800 USD.
Muse Aria products are priced well below this threshold, so no additional charges are expected for your order.

Customs decisions are ultimately at the discretion of U.S. authorities. If you have specific concerns, we recommend checking with U.S. Customs or your local postal carrier for the latest updates.

Once your order has been placed an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. 

We offer Express shipping options in Thailand and Singapore. All items ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

Delivery varies depending on your location, please check the delivery times at checkout.

You will receive an automated email with the tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for your package to be shown "in transit.”
