Muse Aria Returns & Exchanges Policy
For International Orders (Outside of Thailand)
Returns are not permitted for international orders unless the product is damaged, incorrect, or not as described. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@musearia.comwith your order details and photos of the issue.
For Orders Within Thailand
If you change your mind for any reason, you may return or exchange your item within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received itâunused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Youâll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at returns@musearia.com. If your return is accepted, weâll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want. Alternatively, contact support@musearia.com for assistance.
Refunds
We will notify you once weâve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

What is the Returns Policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For Thailand orders, you may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery by contacting returns@musearia.com.
Returning Condition
Items must be unused, in perfect condition, with all tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Muse Aria is not liable for lost or missing return parcels, so we recommend using a registered or traceable postal service. Returns remain the customerâs responsibility until received by Muse Aria.
Sale Items
Items marked as âSaleâ cannot be returned or exchanged.
Processing Time
Please allow 5â7 business days for processing after your returned item reaches our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is received and another when it has been processed.
