Muse Aria Returns & Exchanges Policy

For International Orders (Outside of Thailand)
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery. Email support@musearia.com with your order number and we will send return instructions. The cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 14 days with photos and we will cover the full cost of the return.

For Orders Within Thailand
If you change your mind for any reason, you may return or exchange your item within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@musearia.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want. Alternatively, contact support@musearia.com for assistance.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

What is the Returns Policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Orders within Thailand: free returns within 7 days of delivery. International orders: returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Contact support@musearia.com to start a return.

Returning Condition
Items must be unused, in perfect condition, with all tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.

Return Shipping
Orders within Thailand: returns are free. International orders: Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund. Muse Aria is not liable for lost or missing return parcels, so we recommend using a registered or traceable postal service. Returns remain the customer’s responsibility until received by Muse Aria.

Sale Items
Items marked as “Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Processing Time
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after your returned item reaches our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is received and another when it has been processed.
