How much does shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders

When will my order ship?

We want you to have your order as soon as possible. In stock items are shipped 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our Express Delivery takes between 2-14 business days depending on your location, you can check the country list on our shipping page.

Will I have to pay taxes or duties?

We take care of duties & taxes for shipments to Thailand. On shipments to other countries you may be asked to pay duties & taxes upon delivery.

Which payment methods does Muse Aria accept?

Muse Aria accepts payments via Master Card, Visa, Amex. We also offer a fast check out using your Paypal account 

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can cancel or modify your order until the shipment confirmation has been sent which usually takes 1-2 business days. Please send us an email to support@musearia.com to see if a modification can be made.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@musearia.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, reach out to us via email at support@musearia.com. 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What materials does Muse Aria use?

We work with high quality leather from Korea, China and Thailand. In order to use our resources responsibly, we increasingly source leftover stock from large luxury brands.

Where is my Muse Aria made?

Our creations are designed and handcrafted in Korea and China. 

How do I take care of my Muse Aria?

Even though we ensure working with the best quality products and suppliers, leather is a natural material that evolves over time and needs to be taken care of:

Store it in the right position, lying it on its base, inside the dust bag provided with it.

Give it enough space, avoid packing it in a loaded suitcase.

If soiled or wet, wipe gently with a clean, soft and dry cloth.

Avoid any liquid or substances that can damage its surface, such as grease or cosmetics.

Avoid contact with water or heat, and over exposure to sun or humidity.
