SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost
We offer free shipping within Thailand. For international orders, shipping fees vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout after you enter your country and postal code. You can choose between Express Shipping or Standard Delivery.
When will my order ship?
All items are shipped within 1 business day after your order is received.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Will I have to pay taxes or duties?
We take care of duties & taxes for shipments to Thailand. On shipments to other countries you may be asked to pay duties & taxes upon delivery.Â

Which payment methods does Muse Aria accept?
Muse Aria accepts payments via Google Pay, Master Card, Visa, Amex, Union Pay, local Thai bank transfers, PromptPay QR code, popular e-wallets such as TrueMoney, Rabbit LINE Pay, ShopeePay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Google Pay, and GrabPay.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing your order. Please send us an email to support@musearia.com to see if a modification can be made.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youâll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Â
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@musearia.com.Â
If your return is accepted, weâll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Â

Damages and issuesÂ
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
ExchangesÂ
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, reach out to us via email at support@musearia.com.Â
RefundsÂ
We will notify you once weâve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youâll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Â
