SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost
We offer free shipping within Thailand. For international orders, shipping fees vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout after you enter your country and postal code. You can choose between Express Shipping or Standard Delivery.
When will my order ship?
All items are shipped within 1 business day after your order is received.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Will I have to pay taxes or duties?
We take care of duties & taxes for shipments to Thailand. On shipments to other countries you may be asked to pay duties & taxes upon delivery.Â

Which payment methods does Muse Aria accept?
Muse Aria accepts payments via Google Pay, Master Card, Visa, Amex, Union Pay, local Thai bank transfers, PromptPay QR code, popular e-wallets such as TrueMoney, Rabbit LINE Pay, ShopeePay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Google Pay, and GrabPay.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing your order. Please send us an email to support@musearia.com to see if a modification can be made.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
Muse Aria Returns & Exchanges Policy
For International Orders (Outside of Thailand)
Returns are not permitted for international orders unless the product is damaged, incorrect, or not as described. In such cases, please contact returns@musearia.com within 7 days of delivery, providing your order details and photos of the issue.
For Orders Within Thailand
If you change your mind for any reason, you may return or exchange your item within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received itâunused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Youâll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at returns@musearia.com. If your return is accepted, weâll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution as appropriate.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get your preferred item is to return the one you have (if eligible). Once your return is approved, place a new order for the replacement. You can also email support@musearia.com for guidance.
Refunds
We will notify you once weâve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process refunds. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact support@musearia.com.
