Where do we ship?
We ship worldwide from our atelier in Bangkok. Customers in Singapore are served by sg.musearia.com, and every other country by global.musearia.com.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within Thailand is free on every order. Grab Same-Day Delivery is available in Bangkok for 60 baht. The options for your address are confirmed at checkout.

When will my order ship?
Your order ships within 1-2 working days of us receiving it.

How can I track my order?
An order confirmation is emailed as soon as you place your order, and tracking details follow by email as soon as your parcel ships. It can take up to 48 hours for a parcel to show as in transit.

Do I have to pay duties & taxes?
Any duties, taxes or import charges are the customer's responsibility. They are set by the authorities in your own country, collected by the carrier or customs on delivery, and are not included in our product price or shipping fee. They are not charged by us and are not refundable by us.
