How much does shipping cost?
Orders within Thailand ship free. Packages arrive at your door via Shopee Express, J&T, Flash or Grab, and same-day Grab delivery within Bangkok is available at checkout (120 THB). For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, so you see the exact cost before you pay.

Do I have to pay duties & taxes?
We take care of duties & taxes for shipments all over Thailand. For international orders, duties and taxes are collected upon delivery according to your country’s customs regulations.

When will my purchase ship?
All items are dispatched within 1-2 business days of your order being placed.

How long will it take my package to arrive?
Orders within Thailand arrive in 1-3 working days. International orders arrive in 3-10 working days. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Will I get an order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an automated email with the tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for your package to be shown "in transit.”

What's your return policy?
Orders within Thailand: free returns within 7 days of delivery. International orders: returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, with the return shipping cost deducted from your refund. Email support@musearia.com to start a return.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact support@musearia.com within 14 days with photos and we will cover the full cost of the return, wherever you are.
