What's the difference between vegetable-tanned and chrome-tanned leather?
Vegetable-tanned is the older, more traditional process — slower, more natural, develops a richer patina. We finish ours raw to maximize how it ages.

Why does the bag expand?
The body expands from 4 cm to 9 cm wide depending on what you pack. Slim when light, generous when full.
